General terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to pickup orders and transactional communications from Lemon Tree Sushi & Ramen, operated by J&A CENTURY LLC. Menu items, prices, availability, preparation times, and operating hours may change.

Order confirmation and accuracy

Customers should review and confirm the items, quantities, special requests, pickup time, and phone number before the order is submitted. Contact the restaurant promptly if an order needs correction.

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the cashier when the order is picked up. Applicable sales tax may be included in the total.

SMS terms

By verbally agreeing during a customer-initiated phone order, the customer consents to receive transactional SMS messages related to that order. Messages may include an order confirmation, reference number, pickup time, amount due, order-ready notice, cancellation, or other service-related order update.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on orders placed and order status. Message and data rates may apply according to the customer's wireless plan.

No marketing messages

The SMS program is transactional only. It is not used to send advertisements, promotions, or other marketing communications.

Privacy

Use of the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
